The suicide of Frederick Augustus Cluer (nans grandfather)

I found an old newspaper article which is below but not too clear!
The article says that he was pulled from the Thames at Teddington Lock..... the inquest ruled his death as suicide as a result of temporary insanity! It also quotes parts of the suicide note he left! As another strange twist to the story, it was his brother Judge Albert Cluer who ruled at his inquest!
